NGOODIEZ SUBLIMATION COATING FOR MUGS & HARD SUBSTATES: A Versatile Solution
Our NGOODIEZ universal coating allows you to transform any regular (uncoated) mug, tumbler, glass, metal, wood, and many more into a sublimation-ready substrate in just 4 easy steps. The kit comes with detailed manual instructions (scan barcode on the packaging) and a step-by-step video demonstrating all the necessary steps.
The NGOODIEZ sublimation kit includes everything you need to take your sublimation to the next level: - 250ml of coating liquid - 10 to 15 ml activator (catalyst) (enough for 250 ml of coating liquid) - 1 x measuring cup - 2 x stirring sticks - 2 x syringes - 1 x foam brush
ACHIEVING GREAT RESULTS:
We highly recommend using the Cricut mug press (not a regular press) as temperature and pressure play a crucial role in the sublimation process for mugs, tumblers, and more. The Cricut mug press features one-touch settings that automatically heat up to the correct temperature, applying the right amount of heat and pressure without any guesswork.
When mixing the activator with the coating liquid, use a 1:20 ratio, meaning 1 ml of activator per 20 ml of coating liquid. If you only need to sublimate one mug and want to avoid waste, you can use 0.5 ml of activator and mix it with 10 ml of coating.
The kit includes a foam brush, but you can also use a paint spray. When applying the coating, make sure to go in one direction to avoid leaving visible strokes on the mug.
Remember, sublimation takes practice, so don't give up on the first try. Our product has been tested on various mugs, tumblers, wood products, and it works like magic. If you're not achieving the desired results, it could be due to the ink, sublimation paper, or other factors.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
Q: Why is the image I transferred a little light, faded, or burnt? A: There are several factors that can influence the results, such as the ink, paper, and most importantly, the heat press temperature and pressure. We recommend using the Cricut Mug press for best results.
Q: Can I sublimate on a regular (uncoated) mug? A: Yes, you can. Our coating will allow you to transform any hard surface into a sublimation-ready substrate.
Q: Can I use a regular printer to print my design? A: No, you cannot. You will need a sublimation printer, sublimation ink, and sublimation paper.
NOTICE: - Use sublimation ink, not regular, pigment, or dye ink. - Use sublimation paper, not regular paper. - Adjust the temperature according to your own equipment. We highly recommend using the Cricut mug press and NGOODIEZ sublimation paper.
